Hi Again, I was shocked to receive this if I'm honest.

Even though the footage shows me in the yellow box, the actual context behind it is that there is a roundabout a few cars down straight ahead. I had anticipated I would not need to be in the box, as at first it looked like the car at the roundabout would go ahead and give me enough space to not have been in the yellow box. But I believe the car drove forward a bit, then ended up staying which caused me to be in the yellow box. I hope that makes sense, but as always any help is appreciated. Thank you.

It's less than that even, just as the OP comes to a complete stop, the car in front sets off again, milliseconds.

As the rules are framed around having to stop (rather than stopping itself) if the period of being stopped while the vehicle in front is stationary is very brief you can argue that you could have continued at a slow pace without having to stop at all - as well as de minimis...
