Thank you Hippocrates for all your assistance & hard work on this matter.

Must say I am disappointed that Newham Council decided to do a u-turn & after confirming their attendance at the hearing scheduled for tomorrow, then decided not to contest the appeal.

I was looking forward to seeing their representatives at the appeal hearing getting cross examined. Guess they knew defeat was inevitable.
