52M failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle (motor vehicles)

Hello,

I got this penalty notification i was on the road It was night time I cannot realised that there is a sign board because the sign board was in dark area so i cannot saw the sign board. So any body can help me out of this?

Can something be done to avoid this ticket?

You need to set access to your Google Drive to public.
