I've taken the advice of H C Anderson, and gone ahead and appealed 12 PCNs, talk about time consuming! And the appeal site doesn't allow autofill (at least not on my browser), so it was looong!

Would contacting the local police to get a check on Sperling road around 06.25 each morning help?
