Hey everyone,

I received an unexpected PCN. Apparently I drove through a restricted street but I haven't seen the sign as its not properly in the corner where it should be. Kind of annoying because I obviously would stop if I saw it.

Is there any way to challenging this?

For meaningful advice, please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and repost all sides of the PCN, redacting only name & address, and a GSV link to the location.

@tompa22 as above you need to read the guidance and update your post accordingly.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.
