PCN (24)

Hi, Could someone please offer advice on how to appeal this? I recently received a PCN for not parking correctly in a parking space. Due to another vehicle parked closely behind me last night, making it impossible to park correctly within the designated space. Additionally, the markings on the ground behind me were unclear.

For some reason it won’t allow me to post and picture
