I've received a PCN from Wandsworth Council with camera evidence of a left turn at 3.20pm into Charlwood Road, SW15 yet the signage says only prohibited between 7am to 10am:

Sorry, but we need to see the PCN, all sides, with only name and address redacted.

I see the sign times, but I also see that the latest GSV view is September 2024. Plenty of time since for these times and days to change. So, if you can, take a photo of the current sign.

As an aside, (sorry if I'm boring you and others !), my grandparents lived at 50, Charlwood Road from 1928 to 1968, and my parents lived round the corner in Lacy Road, in a flat above an upholsterers shop, until 1951 when we moved out of London. At that time, one could drive all along Charlwood Road.  This little footway was where I looked at the passing trains, with my grandma.

The original small shops have all gone, but the pubs are still there.

There may well be a problem with PCN.  I have one.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
