46: Stopped where prohibited (on a red route or clearway)
« on: »
Hi, I have received the PCN
Google Drive · drive.google.com

Logged into the TFL website and there are only the pictures on the PCN, no videos.

I stopped to check with the shop owner whether I could park there, as I wasn't sure, then proceeded to move the car within a minute or 2. Would I have any grounds for challenge?

The sign says no stopping 7am-7pm, except loading 10am-?pm (sign obscured in Google).  So as you stopped at 6pm, doesn't look like there is anything to go on with the contravention.  May be technical issues with the PCN.

I believe it is 1pm or 4pm, although definately before the 6pm when I stopped.

Anyone can advise on the technical issues route?

Have you asked TfL for the CCTV as per the PCN. This stops the enforcement clock and would give you and us the opportunity to see the evidence against you.

They have provided 3 pictures, and no video so I can request the CCTV. Although we have 28 days from 22/04.

Read the PCN which refers to how this is done.

Have you requested the DVD and stopped the enforcement clock?
