Penalty charge notice

Hi I am an Amazon Flex driver and I had to deliver 3 parcels to the road which has restrictions for motorbikes and cars. Only residents with permit can enter. I didn't think about this problem and I didn't make a screenshot of my delivery itinerary,and now Amazon refusing to give me a letter stating I entered to deliver to their customers, saying for the customer protection. I really need help me how can I get the needed information from Amazon I will add the

Sorry I accidentally posted without finishing. Here is a penalty letter. I just would like to know if I have a right for this information from Amazon after all I was doing their business there. Thank you for any help. I am really struggling financially.

Surely you have delivery instructions for the day's deliveries and also some form of contract with Amazon ?

I looked on GSV, and can only see the signs and planter boxes from the start of Downhills Park Road, because once one drives virtually up this street, the view changes to 2020, but at the start it's 2024. Here is the view: -

YOu can see the "Flying Motorbike" signs in the distance and the planter boxes, but obviously one cannot read any text there may be below the sign. Did you not notice the signs at all ?

Apart from all this to be resolved, I have several cases v Haringey re the PCN wording and won one last December.  I will explain later. Please whatever you do, do not pay it.  I will draft a representation.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
