Hi, I’m seeking some advice regarding a recent traffic violation. I received a ticket for making a left turn where there was a "No Left Turn" sign. I did not see the sign then, and I only became aware of it after receiving this PCN.

I would like to know if there are any options for disputing this PCN or any defences I could raise, especially since the sign was not clearly visible to me.

Your GSV link shows a bus obscuring the sign !  However to use this as an argument in representations, we need to see the video. So call TfL and ask for it. It's not available online like London councils, because TfL are in the dark ages. They send it out as a DVD, and freeze the enforcement for about 10 days. SO we get extra time to examine your case.

Our administrator, cp8759 also has knowledge of TfL PCNs and a particular fatal error with them so PM him and ask about your case. I don't know what the actual error is.
