My sister has recieved two penalty charges from Birmingham City Council. There was a diversion, some of the other cars were going in the bus gate and she followed them as she assumed this was allowed. This happened twice on the 03/11 and 04/11.

She is convinced she did the right thing and this was allowed. Her first appeal has been rejected because she should have gone down a different road before she got to the bus gate instead of using it.

Any advice or information?

Willing to accept we are wrong if we honestly are, but don't like paying for a mistake not made.
