Hi, any update on your appeal? I just got one on Ilford Lane!
Please start your own thread.  :)
That's assuming you want advice. Experience here is that almost all cases of box junctions we need to see the individual videos, so best to start a thread. Keep an eye on this case, of course.

PM sent.
I REGRET THAT, FOR THE PRESENT, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. THIS IS FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND LEGAL REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR THREAD ON THE FORUM AND I WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE ADVICE.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Good Evening.

As I thought, Redbridge have refused and have used a standard template letter. I guess next stage would be Tribunal. I await for the experts.

Total failure to consider the locus issue and cases in support.  Up to you.  I am happy to represent. The prices are wrong too! J.S.Bach could have written it. Pure "Invention"!

A few posts that added no value have been removed, if you're a newbie seeking help be constructive in your comments and take the advice that is given gracefully. If someone tells you to create your own thread, the appropriate response if you've already made one is to provide a link rather than get all snotty about it.

Please be nice to each other, we're all on the same team here.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Well said. Appeal now filed.

@cp8759 As they are asking for less than the legal amount, I decided not to use the penalty exceeded the amount ground!  ::)

Tomorrow is the hearing : I will do my best and incorporate the collegiate views.  ;) Now I wear the T shirt, I may well be recognised.* Literally, not metaphorically. Plus Lotus Esprit necklace - the car as in The Spy Who Loved Me. The adj. has already seen it once and allowed the appeal. ;) Bus lane last week. May be that what was why I was not mentioned? **
