My favourite comment was “FMOTL about to get FUTA”.

I struggled to get past the legal genius who understands the law far better than all the lawyers and judges in the country consistently using "there" instead of "their".

Many of the whackos like to rely on Black's legal dictionary. By selecting the correct out of date version they can find "driver" defined as someone "employed" in driving. Apart from the fact that a dictionary has no authority, and it's a US dictionary anyway, the laughable thing is they don't notice the definition of "employed" in the same book.

But shirley if it's in Blacks Legal Dictionary, it must be "black letter law"?

If you are referring to what the French call "capote Anglaise", that is something that might have prevented the argument.

Yes I did note the odd typo or two.

But I had to admire him for the way he addressed “points of law” raised by someone who was clearly crackers, as if they were raised by an eminent KC.
