Over the course of 4 different days, a driver parked in a private carpark managed by Europarks in Scotland.
The driver was used to parking here, but in a hurry did not for parking.
It was later realised by the driver that the signs that were usually up which indicate the parking tariffs were not present. The driver has pictures of this, but they are dated one month after the parking charges were issued.
DCBL has been contacted to reclaim money from the registered keeper of the vehicle, amounting to £680 in total for 4 instances of this.
The driver is unsure whether the parking signage was down at the time of missing payments - but suspects that it was.
