A solicitor, I suggest. If you want to pay for peoples’ time, that’s what they’re there for.
In your most recent post you had replies from me and from @InterCity125. Is that unreasonable?
A solicitor will hold your hand and read and reply to correspondence, if you’re lucky. Many of them aren’t very good at issues relating to private parking. Here you’ll get advice but you’re expected to join the dots and to manage things yourself, including reading things properly and managing deadlines.
Most contributors here got their abilities - good and bad - by reading and understanding cases reported on the forum. You can always do the same.
