PCN - Westbourne medical centre - payment not received

i posted the defense on 29/04/2026

Hello, I followed the advice and have been given a telephone medication appointment for 27th August, since then i have been given an oncology appointment for the same day and time!  So I have asked if it can be rescheduled..
In the meantime I have been sent this from DCBL following my SAR request. See link below.
Any advice on what to say during medication would be greatly appreciated!  TIA



 

If you do not have the original PCN then you can send a Subject Access Request to the parking company to obtain this, which you should do as a matter of urgency.

Did you also send a SAR to CEL (Civil Enforcement Limited)? If not, DCBL is not the parking company, so won't have sent you anything useful, DCBL are debt collectors.
Search the forum for "mediation" (not “medication”) but essentially you offer £0 to settle and it won't be accepted. End of mediation session.

Thank you they have postponed til later in september thankfully so i have time to send the SAR to CEL also
