Hi all
Received 11 letters regarding this parking infringement for over staying. I must admit I ignored them but they don't seem to be giving up so I need to do something.
I am the registered keeper of the car. The car overstayed in the car park on the 22nd March 2026. Browsing was done at the retail park and the city itself with products purchased from a nearby shop to the retail park that wasn't directly on that retail park but next to it. Free parking is sign posted for 2 hours and the driver overstayed for a further 3 hours 10 minutes. I have not contacted anyone regarding this as yet but I'm likely well beyond any form of goodwill gesture given it's 6 months later! There was a marathon going on in the city at the time so the entire city was incredibly busy with traffic and road closures all over the place so parking elsewhere was made extremely difficult.
I do have most of previous letters (11!!) they sent from Oak Legal, ZZPS Limited, GCTT Certificated Enforcement Agents and the original from UKPC which I can upload and share if they are of value. The original UKPC ones have pictures of the car and the plate

The signage you have showed us is from a different parking company - it would be wise to visit the location in person to see what signage is there now.
I'll try and get up there but it's not super local to me. Will see if I can get someone else to go and grab a picture for me also
