I'm seeking advice and sharing my experience with a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) issued by Nexus (CP Plus Ltd.) at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre.
The PCN alleges an overstay of a 3-hour maximum limit. My core argument, both to Nexus directly (rejected, predictably) and now to POPLA, revolves around the utter inadequacy of their faded signage.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Nexus/CP Plus or poor signage at Surrey Quays?
