Case of PCN Excel Parking Won at Court

I have attached a partial screen shot of a County Court Judgement from the BBC website. For various reasons as outlined in the contents the parking operator has had a gift of £282.00p. Perhaps if the appellant had visited this site the outcome may have been different.
