PCN Contravention Code 34J Bromley Mitchell Way on: September 17, 2025, 06:05:45 pm #1 Hi guys, I need your help with my PCN. Can someone advise if I have any grounds to appeal it, please? Today is the last day I can do that. The blue sign to the right is almost invisible with the tree covering it. I intuitively took the bus lane exit to join the main road. It's a tricky one and I can imagine I am not the only one who got this wrong.I'll be grateful for any help received. The image: Bus-lane hosted at ImgBB Image Bus-lane in the Dottoy's images album ImgBB · ibb.co And my PCN letter: PCN-Mitchell-Way hosted at ImgBB Image PCN-Mitchell-Way in the Dottoy's images album ImgBB · ibb.co Last Edit: September 17, 2025, 06:46:27 pm by Dottoy Logged

Not sure if any appeals at London Tribunal were won, as it's some time ago, but I think there was at least one win. Last Edit: September 17, 2025, 06:18:16 pm by Incandescent Logged
