Camden - 33H - Restricted route - Tottenham Court Road / Chenies Street junction

Feel like this one might be a clear no chance case but thought I’d check anyway.

My wife was headed south on Tottenham Court Road and was caught in a bus/bike only stretch of the road just past the junction at Chenies Street (exact pin here: )

In her defence, she claims she saw no warning of the upcoming restriction until after passing through the lights.
