I waited for 45 seconds and received this ticket. I’m confused because according to the sign, I should not have received the ticket if I drove the car around 21:13 on saturday pcn image Should I appeal? My company (Otto Car) charges me £10 for transferring the PCN to my name, and I don’t want to waste additional money.
