PCN - Redbridge - parking in a permit zone with no road markings

I managed to take a photo of the sign at the other end of the zone. The zone ends approximately half way down the road.

Redbridge council have cancelled the PCN based on the VRM being recorded incorrectly. Thanks for your help folks

Good. A note here is that the O/0 error works in our favour as a trivial error if we make it but the authority must get it right.
