Should I advise that the signage itself didn’t have the parking code even though the parking meter did have the code?

The metal plate on a pole at the side of the road with writing on it i(and a sticker saying "Famagusta on tour") is a traffic sign. The photo you are referring to is of a parking payment machine. A parking payment machine is not a traffic sign, even though both of them are metal and have writing on them.

Just so I’m understanding correctly I need to say that in my challenge I need to write a sticker is covering the donate so I shouldn’t need to pay ?
