Hi all,

There was a temporary suspension outside my home (On the 19th March 8am to 2pm) to allow the council to cut some trees. I had parked my car the night before (18th) and then flew abroad. (For clarity - the night before was the 18th. And we left at 5am on the 19th. Returned on the 26th March)

Suspension from: 08:00 - 14:00
PCN Time: 09:00
Image times: 08:59 - 09:01
GSV:

I see a 5 min observation did not take place based on the evidence pictures and the PCN - is this a valid grounds for appeal?
Are there any other grounds I can appeal on?

See the images below.

The OP has been in touch with me. This looks like the usual Harimgey nonsense of trying to suspend a bay and make it a restricted street which I have beaten 100% of the time.
I am currently too busy working to take on any except the most unreasonable PCNs.

I help you pro bono (for free). I now ask that a £40 donation is made to the North London Hospice before I take over your case. I have an 85% success rate across 2,000 PCNs but some PCNs can't be beaten and I will tell you if your case looks hopeless before asking you to donate.
