When a member passes on.
« on: »
I am deeply saddened to hear that one of my "clients" (I hate the term), who was also a friend, has passed on.

The member was a longstanding contributor to pepipoo and this forum and I represented him successfully. As well as The Wizard.

All I can say at present is that I will be playing my violin as a token of respect at the appropriate event.

Ironically, I now have to deal with a case pending next month and I trust the authority will decide not to proceed under the circumstances. If not, I will definitely contact the new Archbishop of Canterbury whose official residence is in the borough.

If anyone wishes to PM me - only bona fide and to offer condolences - please feel free to do so.

I REGRET THAT, FOR THE PRESENT, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. THIS IS FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND LEGAL REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR THREAD ON THE FORUM AND I WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE ADVICE.

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
