FTLA missing cursor
« on: November 13, 2023, 04:18:24 am »
My blinking vertical cursor keeps disappearing on FTLA. Makes it difficult to correct what I've typed. I'm using Edge on Windows 10.  Other forums such as PePiPoo are unaffected, seems to be only FTLA.

It's been like this since day one.

Also I suspect that if I open a reply box and then leave it open for a couple of mins the cursor starts working. I'm not sure if that's consistent.

Any ideas?

Using Win 10 and Edge here but seem to have the vertical cursor?
Can't say I've ever missed it but likely at some time it has gone walkabouts given Windows and Tinternet issues that can occur

I thought Edge was what you used to find and download a browser you actually want :-)

I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor nor a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193.

Do you mean the blinking caret in the text box, or the caret your mouse cursor turns into when you mouse over the text box?

If the latter, I've just realised mine also does this, the mouse cursor disappears. The blinking caret in the text box is visible though. This is on Chrome (the latest one).
