I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them...
- No company details provided
- They claim to be "Operating in accordance with the British Parking Association’s Code of Practice", but they're not a parking operator, not a BPA member, and are also claiming to cover council tickets
- They have 2 versions of their T&Cs, which contain different conflicting terms
- They have no Privacy Policy (their Privacy Policy page just links to 1 of the 2 versions of their T&Cs)
All of that notwithstanding, assuming it isn't an outright scam, their model is probably based on the assumption/hope that those whose PCNs cost them more than their subscription are outweighed by those who subscribe but do not claim/do not claim often.
That's before you get to this rather vague term:
"Depending on the frequency of your ticket submissions, the plan you’ve purchased, your membership duration, credit history, and other relevant factors, we may not be able to cover a ticket that exceeds the total amount you’ve paid in subscription fees."
