Nothing to do with me, and you cannot challenge the scheme as a whole via the TPT, that would have to be a judicial review in the High Court.

But Bristol do seem to DNC an awful lot of CAZ PCNs, just like Birmingham did last year. Maybe they just don't have the staff to compile all the evidence packs.
