Some of us know more than some of the tribunal adjudicators, who are lawyers but vary in their knowledge although they are supposed to be appraised.

Just because someone says it doesn’t mean that it’s true.
I am not qualified to give legal advice in the UK. While I will do my best to help you, you should not rely on my advice as if it was given by a lawyer qualified in the UK.

People who specialise in a narrow field tend to have a better understanding of the nuances of that field than people who don't. As long as the boundaries of the field don't change.
I am responsible for the accuracy of the information I post, not your ability to comprehend it.
