So I've just got off the phone with them for the final time. I call almost every week for an update and all they say is its still with their liability team which is just bonkers at this point as it has been over 3 months now and I just can't keep being messed around like this to be honest.
Could anyone assist me in writing up a simple and direct, to the point, final demand letter of some kind, as it appears I will be escalating this to an accident management company, but just hoping a legal letter before action might jolt them enough to resolve this on much more quickly.
