What sort of help would you like?

The only thing you can (indeed MUST) do at the moment is to respond naming the driver. Failure to do that is a much more serious offence than the speeding.

For anyone here to help, please tell us more. In particular, were you the driver? If so, do you think you are not guilty of the alleged offence, and if so, why?

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
