You really are making it difficult for us to understand the exact position that you are in!

I never replied to either letter because it said unless you have 6 points or more. The last letter was  August 2023

These were the only correspondence I have received until the SJ

Please accept my sincere apologies. Due to an administration error the case wasn’t sent out within the statutory time limit.

I have withdrawn your case from the court system and you have no further action to do.

I read it like this:

Received a Conditional Offer of a Fixed Penalty in July 23
Received a reminder in August 23.
Ignored both
Received an SJPN, including a written charge dated 3//10/24 and received that same day.

That was how it was.....

Lucky old you - especially as you were facing a "totting up" ban. I think the technical term for what has happened is a "balls up"! 

A lucky escape. Still endured a ferocious bollocking from my wife at the time!
