Caught on camera doing 38mph in a 20mph zone.

Hi all, I was caught doing 38mph in a 20mph (speed camera on Rocks Lane A306 approaching junction with Mill Hill Road, heading away from Barnes Station).

I am advised I will get 4-6 points and a hefty fine.

I checked the calibration cert and it appeared valid.

Is anyone aware of any technical issues with this speed camera that may help me successfully plead not guilty.

Signage looks good - you may wish to check the relevant TRO with the council.

Your speed is measured (twice) by buried piezo sensors and can be corroborated with the markings.

Pleading not guilty could be a very expensive approach.
