Just got a NIP for a speed camera that I go through every couple of months and always make a point of driving 30 through the villages. Was really surprised to get a NIP. Photo evidence shows 1st photo: car in front on white speed camera lines, me some way back (about 1.5 car lengths) 2nd photo: my car at point of very first white line, 3rd photo: yeah it's me.
I'm pretty certain that I wasn't speeding though. Is it possible it's the car in front? How would this hold up as a defence given the photos I've seen I'm not on the white lines at all? Adult son in the car with me. He doesn't remember this either. TIA.
