was wondering if there are any grounds of appeal for this intended prosecution.

Without the video (which may not help) it looks like a slam dunk as the car has clearly gone through on red (not amber), with nothing close behind or wet surface etc etc.

Hard to see any grounds to appeal

And of course there is nothing to appeal as you have not been convicted of anything. As well as that, whilst there is a defence for crossing on amber (if it is unsafe to stop) no such defence is available for crossing on red.

After you have named the driver a course or fixed penalty may be offered for that "time into red."

BTW, your registration number is clearly visible in at least one of the photographs.
