Presumably, as you are "aware of the 14 day rule", you will be aware both that a NIP delivered to the RK's last known address within the 14 days satisfies the requirements, and that where no NIP is served on the driver or RK within the 14 days, it is not a bar to conviction when the accused by his own conduct contributed to the failure.
For the 44 in a 30, you will not be offered a course, but you should be offered a fixed penalty. For the 50 in a 30, you will not be offered a fixed penalty (only offered up to 49). Expect 6 points in court, unless you have a viable defence that you have chosen not to trouble us with. Obviously, this is assuming that you comply withe the requirement to name the driver - failing to do so would earn you 6 points for each NIP.
