3 NIPs received late due to old address on VC5
« on: »
Just received three NIPs letters dated 11th June related to separate offences on same road/camera for commute to new job. First one dated 2nd April then 1st May then 3rd June doing 35/38 in a 30. I’ve now correctly updated VC5 and driving licence already updated previously. Had I known about April NIP sooner I would have corrected my driving behaviour but all my mistakes. I’m wondering what likely outcome will be now. I did driving awareness course ten years ago so no existing points. Would it be course and 3 points x2 or something worse? Assuming they are consistent in how they respond. West Yorkshire. Thank you.

Probably - see how they respond.

Although you might be 'lucky' if they've managed to track you down as quite often such situations end up in prosecutions for a different offence (failing to respond to s172 - 6 points each).

Not that it matters much, but that's a somewhat weak argument. It suggests you did not know you had to obey the speed limit until you were caught failing to do so.

I would get your responses to the requests for driver's details back pronto and you should avoid any problems with failing to provide them.
