Re: URGENT - UKPC; PCN not received, passed on to debt collectors

If you mean https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/ukpc-broadwalk-edgware-london/msg123672/#msg123672 then you were given input on appeal points and your statement that “the previous one has gone dead” is untrue.

ZZPS are useless and can be ignored.

UKPC will not “reinstate” the original PCN.

If UKPC now initiate a county court claim against you, you have appeal points which, if properly followed, will usually result in a discontinuation. But you should search the forum to see this for yourself.

Thank you for replies - I didn't get an email notification as I previously have and wasn't aware there had been further comments!

As I understand it then, the NtK (seen here:
Google Docs · drive.google.com
) fails to comply with legislation for a number of reasons.

At what point do I raise these points? Do I do so once I hear from ZZPS, or just ignore them until I hear from county court claim?

Grateful for your help - I find all of this extremely confusing!!

Ignore debt collectors such as ZZPS and wait until you receive a Letter of Claim from a solicitor, to which you should send a simple reply, you will see examples if you search the forum or you can post it here at the time.

If you search the forum now you won’t be taken by surprise when you receive the letter.

Thanks jfollows. Can you suggest what I should be searching for on the forum? I get very easily lost on the threads. Really appreciate your patience!!!

The search term "UKPC" would probably be a good start?
