Hi all,
This morning I've received the following letter from ZZPS on behalf of Smart Parking Limited, in relation to an "overstayed free time" parking event in February 2020.

This is the second letter I've received from ZZPS; the previous was last week, giving me 14-days to respond. I didn't acknowledge it
at all. Neither letters from ZZPS have included any evidence, simply the format shown above plus a "how to pay" page.
With that said, I did receive via the post a notification from Smart Parking Ltd in February 2020 (I believe it was around 27th - but within 14-days nonetheless) in relation to this event.
The original letter (Feb 2020) included 'evidence' in the form of entry and exit photographs of the vehicle. At the time, I was the RK and the V5 was registered to the correct address.
Back then, this forum didn't exist and so I did what I thought at the time was best - I emailed them, explaining that I couldn't have overstayed as the entry time on their camera didn't match with the evidence that I had at the time - Google Maps - placing me as still driving at that time. From recollection, the entry time they have was approximately 10-minutes earlier than Google has me in the vicinity. In context, for me to have arrived at the time their camera stated, I'd have had to have been speeding quite significantly over a sustained period of time.
Whilst I don't have access to that email address now, I do still have the Google Maps timeline history.
The car park in question, according to Google Street View imagery, has a 2 hour maximum time. Google Maps has me in that area for 2 hours and 2 minutes - but the time still doesn't correspond with the original entry camera image.
Hindsight is 20:20, and I'm aware that I could have handled that aspect better - but what's the best course of action now? Do I continue to ignore the letters from ZZPS? I've had zero correspondence from Smart Parking Ltd since my email to them, other than the standard auto-response acknowledging that I'd contacted them. I no longer have the paperwork from back then and, as stated, I don't have the email that I sent to them either - but I distinctly recall sending them evidence in the form of a screenshot of my Google timeline history.
Thanks in advance.
