Lidl car park time spare in the car parking for 9 minutes

Hi all !!!
The car that is registered in my name got a parking fine at Lidl Norwood, it saw its spare time limit from one hour to one hour and nine minutes
How should I say it in the appeals?
I was shopping in that brand on the same day,

I've just had a similar incident at an Aldi store. It was suggested that I email their CEO and them to cancel the invoice. I did that on Monday evening and got a response by 11am on Tuesday saying the invoice had been cancelled.

I suggest you try that with Lidl CEO ryan.mcdonnell@lidl.co.uk
