The claimant has to pay the court fee by 5 June
If the fee is paid, you and the claimant have to file Witness Statements by 18 June
Clearly, do nothing until 5 June and, if you have not heard anything by then, check with the court that the fee has been paid. DCB Legal does not usually pay the fee and discontinues, but nothing is guaranteed.
Whatever happens, let us know. If the fee is paid you will need to prepare and submit a Witness Statement, but I wouldn’t worry about this unless and until the fee is paid.
