Hi all,
I would appreciate some advice regarding two Notices to Hirer received from SIP Parking.
The vehicle was an Enterprise hire vehicle and was parked at the George Street car park in Bradford on 5 September 2026.
My wife arranged payment through PayByPhone. Parking was paid for from 22:54 on 05/09/26 until 10:54 on 06/09/26.
Unfortunately, she entered the registration of another vehicle( our own vehicle)accidentally in the PayByPhone account rather than the registration of the hire vehicle. The correct location (George Street, location 800550) and parking period were paid for.
We left the car park during the paid period and subsequently returned.
SIP have now issued two separate Notices to Hirer, apparently corresponding to the two ANPR visits:
PCN 1: Entry 22:48:40 / Exit 23:33:17
PCN 2: Entry 23:52:03 / Exit 10:42:04
Both give the reason as Vehicle not permitted and consideration period exceeded.
PayByPhone have confirmed that a transaction was made at the relevant time and have supplied the parking receipt.
I have not appealed either Notice to Hirer and have not identified the driver.
I would be grateful for advice on how best to proceed.
