Vehicle is owned by me. I am not sure who was driving at the time of alleged Parking Charge from MET Parking at Target Roundabout McDonald's in Oct 2024 as moved house in Dec 2024.
I had suffered a recent family bereavement and was going through a period of depression.
Due to this, I don't have the original charge letter, only what is attached through link.

All advice will be appreciated, thanks for your help.

It's a debt collectors letter so it can safely be ignored.

Keep an eye out of any letter titled 'Letter Before Claim' as this will need a response.

Lucky for you, this will be a county court claim issued by DCB Legal on behalf of MET. As long as you follow the advice, you will not be paying a penny to MET.
