Flush with success early in the week, another member of the family has decided to try and rain on my parade and a NTK has arrived from Private Car Parking Enforcement Agency today.
Parking at QA hospital Portsmouth, using ANPR.
Driver arrived at car park, dropped off some flowers and went to the ticket machine to pay.
Total time in car park 24 minutes, free time offered 15 minutes.
However, driver approached ticket machine, entered reg number and ticket machine went to next customer please screen.
Driver went to leave car park, barrier raised automatically, driver left on their merry way.

I have approached PALS, but they are very understaffed and I wondered if there was anything I could do in the meantime.
Irrelevant (?) info: someone on local FB group said they got a ticket, rang the company and spoke to someone who said that “hundreds” of tickets had been sent out due to “human error” and promptly had the ticket cancelled.
While I admire this well meaning citizen for what they have done, I cannot verify it as correct.
Fun irrelevant (?) fact, the ntk is addressed to a minor who is 11 years old through the motability scheme.
Any advice or help gratefully received.
