What help do you need at this stage?

Are you waiting on POPLA?

Yes, I am waiting for POPLA. But the PPS sold my parking charge to the collections company called TNC. Now TNC sent me the mail saying they'll charge me £170. It doesn't make sense. I'm seeking on what should I do?

Ignore TNC - they are just begging debt collectors - they are trying to pressure you - they have ZERO power in this matter.

Post up the POPLA response once it arrives.

You could write to the parking company to ask why they released your data to a third party when you are going through the POPLA process - point out that this is a misuse of your data under the rules.

Hiya,

I received unsuccessful POPLA decision: https://i.postimg.cc/5tBgw6rp/popla-decision.png
Could you please advice what I should do now?

The PPS has already sold my fine to the debt collects (TNC) and probably they are now going to demand 170 quids instead of the original amount.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards.

Hi, please can anyone help me? Otherwise I'll have no option but to pay the fine and apologize to the PPS.

Ignore all debt letters and wait for a Letter Before Claim.

Once you have a LBC then we can advise further.

Nothing to worry about at the moment.
