I have just received a Claim Form from DCB legal regarding a PC issued in August.
The vehicle was a hire vehicle and I have not seen the original PC or any followup letters chasing. I have attached the Claim Form here, please could you advise how best to proceed.
CLAIM FORM(I currently have another ongoing case with DCB but did at least receive the original PC for that one, this one has come completely out of the blue!)
