Hi team - my mum has received a new court letter. Same people and place but different days.

should we replicate the same process as followed for the original one? not sure why they didn’t include these tickets in the original court submission.

also noticed a similar case to mine which i was following (and which you helped with) has been cancelled but i haven’t received any email from dcb legal that ours has been.

instead mum has received another court letter.

If you do not respond to the N1SDT form you posted above within 5+14 days of its date, DCB Legal will ask for a judgement in default against you. You respond either by filing a defence or an Acknowledgment of Service; in the latter case this gives you an extra 14 days before having to file your defence.

“another court letter” doesn’t give us anything to go on, please post it here.

thank you for your response.

i’ve posted the letter on the 2nd feb - by “another court letter” , I meant the one i posted above as the case from last year is still ongoing (sorry for the confusion).

yes i’ve filed the AOS & confirmed received 9th feb.
