Just received a Notice of Debt Recovery relating to a parking fine dating back to 2022! It's now 2026, so 4 years ago. Paper Notice is below.
Any advice will be welcome.
I can tell you my logbook has always been up-to-date. This is the first letter I have received. I will be writing to Horizon Parking Limited to get better quality images, as the second one does NOT show the exit time clearly enough. I intend to send a Subject Access Request to Horizon.
