Parkmaven - NTK - Blue badge not displayed (Ilford Exchange Shopping Centre)

We received a parking charge for not displaying a blue badge while parked in a disabled bay at Ilford Exchange shopping centre. This was an oversight, and it is a car park we occasionally use. Would it simply be a case of appealing and supplying a redacted copy of the blue badge?

You can appeal but do not disclose the driver detaiks under any circumstances. With your appeal you can provide a photocopy of the blue badge both sides. You can remind the parking company of their obligations under the Equality Act. You have mention the driver forgot to display rather than for example it slipped off the dashboard but it is what it is.
